Role Description s:
Salesforce Test Lead

Duration: 12 Months

Hybrid: 2 days a week on-site

A Salesforce Test Lead is responsible for making sure that Salesforce applications work correctly before they go live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing team for Salesforce projects

• Plan and manage testing activities (test plan, test cases, timelines)

• Understand business requirements and make sure testing covers all scenarios

• Coordinate with developers, business teams, and stakeholders

• Review test cases and ensure quality of testing

• Track defects (bugs) and ensure they are fixed on time

• Provide regular status updates to management

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release activities

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

• Experience in manual and/or automation testing

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Problem-solving and attention to detail
