Solution Architect | Up to C $250k + Benefits | Toronto (Hybrid)
We’re partnered with a leading digital banking technology business that provides an up-to-date core banking platform to banks and financial institutions globally. Following continued growth in North America and a major long-term client engagement in Canada, they’re now hiring a Solution Architect to support client implementations and solution design across the region.
This is a highly client-facing role combining deep technical architecture work with stakeholder management and solution delivery. You’ll work closely with client engineering teams, senior business stakeholders, and internal product/engineering teams to design integration solutions, navigate legacy environments, and support the successful implementation of a contemporary banking platform.
Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into architectural solutions for the core banking platform.
- Design integration solutions and API interfaces, and navigate legacy environments to enable seamless deployments.
- Collaborate with client engineering teams, senior stakeholders, and internal product/engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support multiple client implementations across North America with strong technical depth and effective stakeholder management.
- Software engineering background, ideally with strong exposure to Java.
- Experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or client-facing engineering roles.
- Strong experience working with APIs, integrations, and complex software systems.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or payments.
- Ability to operate credibly with both senior client stakeholders and hands-on engineering teams.
- Robust communication skills alongside a high level of technical depth.
- Experience working across multiple environments or businesses.
