Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior IT Project Manager - Waterfall/AML Projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver complex application development projects within a fast-paced banking environment, supporting the AML teamwith a focus on effective project execution and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple application development projects valued between $1M and $5M.
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget parameters.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, QA, and vendor partners, to foster collaboration and project alignment.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Implement project governance, reporting, and risk management strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement, transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile methodologies where applicable.

• 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in application development and IT project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets ($1M–$5M+) and multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with waterfall methodologies, with some exposure to Agile practices.

• Prior experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Exposure to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) projects.
• Knowledge of vendor management and governance.
