As a Level II Analyst, you'll play a vital role in operational duties, offering first-line support for Canada’s payment systems. Your responsibilities will encompass system monitoring, incident mediation, and customer advisory services. Additionally, you'll take part in process improvement projects while engaging with financial members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively monitor critical payment systems and escalate issues
• Initiate incident response processes efficiently
• Support Senior Analyst with escalated incidents
• Periodically act as Shift Lead for decision-making
• Maintain high customer service standards in communication
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• At least three years in operations support
• Availability for permanent shifts and overtime
• Successful completion of background checks
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
