Lead technology investment strategies at Ontario Teachers’ as a Manager in Technology Business Management. Drive analytics for optimization and alignment with organizational objectives in this hybrid work role.
As a key member of the Technology Division, you will report to the Director while collaborating with senior management, finance teams, and project managers.
Your role focuses on developing TBM frameworks, analyzing technology spending, and optimizing budgets. This position involves partnering with cross-functional teams and preparing executive reports to influence leadership decisions regarding technology value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement TBM frameworks for technology portfolio optimization
• Analyze technology budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Partner with finance to monitor budgets and recovery models
• Align technology initiatives with organizational goals
• Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years in technology business management
• Expertise in budgeting and performance measurement
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of TBM tools and IT service management
