Overview

Move Your Career Forward with DAC as a SEO Manager - Bilingual EN/FR. DAC is a global full-funnel performance media agency delivering transformative results across SEO, paid media, creative production, analytics, and local optimization.

What You’ll Do
  • Planning and Management of Client Campaigns: Provide strategic thought leadership in partnership with SEO Directors. Conduct research to understand target audience, brand, category, and competitive landscape. Develop thematic content for programs. Carry out full SEO audits with recommendations (URL structure, crawling issues, canonicalization, contextual links, HTML & XML sitemaps, robots.txt, title/header/image/keyword/description tags). Provide on-page optimization aligned with program goals and collaborate with content strategy and UX.

    Troubleshoot campaign errors and escalate as needed. Create reporting templates and processes as required. Report project status to Account Manager and client teams. Support account team on client calls with technical campaign details.
  • Optimization: Ensure websites and internet properties under your influence are technically optimized to attract the target audience. Suggest content improvements to improve organic traction. Identify opportunities to improve visibility in LLMs.
  • Analysis: Monitor key metrics to assess opportunities and issues for search engines and LLMs. Regularly present findings to clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on search marketing industry through research, networking, and reading; share SEO practices to develop new strategies. Demonstrate knowledge of SEO tools and advancements.
  • New Business Development: Assist in client research, planning, creation of presentation materials, and participation in meetings and presentations as needed.
  • What You Bring
    • Experience: A leader in SEO/GEO with a minimum of 7+ years of online marketing experience and strong understanding of the search engine ranking process. Basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, and web standards.
    • Skills: Highly organized self-starter with a track record of improving organic search results through SEO best practices. Proficient with key SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Bright Edge, MOZ/STAT, Advanced Web Ranking). Ability to collaborate across departments, manage multiple projects, and translate metrics into results. Strong communicator for both pitches and technical discussions. Awareness of process and numbers in agency context.

      Fully bilingual in English and French.

Salary ranges are determined by location and experience. The projected total compensation range for this position is starting at $85,000 to $105,000.
