Infoya is seeking a motivated support analyst fluent in French and English for a permanent hybrid position. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting software, hardware, and peripheral issues. Key skills include troubleshooting technical problems and strong teamwork, ensuring users receive prompt assistance effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 support for hardware and software issues
• Log and categorize support tickets for accurate documentation
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site
• Assist in Knowledge Base documentation and creation
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
Requirements:
• 4+ years in Tier 1 IT support with strong customer service
• Fluency in both French and English (mandatory)
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and Office 365
• Experience with IT ticketing systems like Service Now
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and Oracle
