Junior Business Systems Analyst, Derivatives Focus

Join a leading financial client as a Junior Business Systems Analyst, primarily focused on Capital Markets, Commodities, and Derivatives. Collaborate with trading desks to deliver innovative technology solutions and support P&L workflows.

You will work directly with front-office trading desks to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into effective derivatives technology solutions. This role requires strong engagement in the software development life cycle (SDLC) while contributing to strategic projects and risk-related discussions within commodities and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements from trading desks

• Translate business needs into technical solutions

• Support P&L workflows, valuation, and reporting

• Participate in the full SDLC: design to implementation

• Collaborate with developers and project stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in Capital Markets or Derivatives

• Strong knowledge of derivatives products

• Proficiency in understanding Greeks:
Delta, Gamma, Beta

• Experience with P&L workflows and SQL

• Ability to communicate with traders confidently
