With a focus on delivering timely IT support, this 6-month contract position is suitable for those with relevant experience in customer service, especially within healthcare. You will handle IT requests, utilize troubleshooting tools, and ensure efficient incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for IT support
• Diagnose and resolve customer IT issues efficiently
• Log and categorize incidents using IT Service Management tools
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support resources
• Mentor team members and provide knowledge transfer as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support
• ITIL Foundations certification is preferred
• Experience in healthcare or hospital settings is a plus
• Strong familiarity with end-user applications and devices
• Must work independently from 11 PM to 7 AM
