At Dawn Info Tek Inc., we are looking for a proficient Salesforce Business System Analyst to work with a key banking client. You'll utilize your deep knowledge of Salesforce, particularly in Financial Services Cloud, to engage in requirement gathering, and develop technical solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will translate business needs that align with system enhancements and integrations while addressing platform availability and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce
• Configure and build Salesforce features to meet business needs
• Participate in planning system change initiatives
• Ensure Salesforce system stability and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate to identify and implement technical solutions
Requirements:
• Extensive familiarity with Salesforce functionalities
• Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud applications
• Practical knowledge of user management and page layouts
• Accreditation as a Salesforce Administrator preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
