As part of the management team, you will report to the Director of Information Technology at this leading law firm. This role requires a deep understanding of IT service management, endpoint management, and service desk operations to ensure high-quality computing and audio-visual services. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll lead diverse teams and shape strategic initiatives for enhanced end-user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete IT service lifecycle for end-user services
• Lead Service Desk team, establishing performance standards
• Manage endpoint strategy and lifecycle for laptops and mobile devices
• Ensure high availability of audio-visual systems and collaboration tools
• Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvements
Requirements:
• 10+ years in IT operations and service management
• 7+ years in a leadership role within IT
• Strong ITIL knowledge and endpoint management skills
• Hands-on experience with audio-visual technology
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification or higher
