Join Maintain
X as a Post-Sales Enablement Manager to drive customer success and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will shape how we deliver consistent value across sectors. In this role, you will own the entire enablement strategy for our post-sales teams, focusing on behavior change and measurable outcomes.
You’ll partner with leadership to design effective training and support initiatives, helping our teams communicate value and drive customer satisfaction. As Maintain
X scales, your ability to establish explicit execution standards will be vital.
- Create and deliver enablement programs for the full customer lifecycle
- Establish role-based learning paths and curricula
- Partner for onboarding and continuous upskilling
- Maintain training resources for post-sales efficiency
- Coach team members to improve customer interactions
- Experience in Customer Success or related fields (3–5 years)
- Background in enablement programs (2–4 years)
- Knowledge of post-sales technologies like Gainsight
- Experience with in a B2B SaaS environment
- Relevant educational background preferred
