Product Delivery Manager

Cap Intel is a software platform built for wealth management enterprises to help financial advisors explain complex investment strategies and create compelling, educational presentations. Advisors at some of the biggest banks across North America use Cap Intel to compare investments and build confidence with clients.

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will lead client onboarding projects and shape platform enhancements to improve the user experience. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture, you will be the connector between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementations and feeding client insights into product improvements.

• Lead client onboarding: gather requirements, understand client goals, and design tailored solutions using existing features or enhancements.
• Manage implementation lifecycle: oversee end‑to‑end onboarding with developers and designers, removing bottlenecks and ensuring timely, seamless delivery.
• Serve as client liaison: act as the primary contact during onboarding, managing communication, requirements, and escalations, while partnering with Customer Success Managers.
• Own project scope: manage contracts (SOWs, Order Forms) and ensure enterprise configurations integrate successfully with client systems.
• Advance platform usability: partner with product teams to identify and implement UX/UI improvements based on client feedback and usage metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement: champion enhancements that align the platform with evolving client and business needs.

  proven ability to manage projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Communication: excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Wealth Management: knowledge of the wealth management industry is required.

• Technical Aptitude: familiarity with enterprise software systems and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Expected base salary for roles based in or eligible to work from Ontario is:

$100,000—$140,000 CAD
