Position: Automation Tester for Ontario Government

You will leverage over 5 years of experience to provide strategic insights on test planning and tools. This role requires designing automated test cases while also engaging in manual testing activities, ensuring quality across various environments. Collaborate closely with teams to support UAT and refine testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on testing strategies and tool selection

• Plan and organize testing for enterprise systems

• Design automated and manual test cases effectively

• Support UAT activities and manage defects

• Execute SQL queries to validate test data

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years as a QA analyst in automation

• Strong skills in Selenium or equivalent automation tools

• Proficient in REST API testing via Postman/SOAP UI

• Experience in test data preparation using SQL

• Strong manual testing and integration experience
