Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging onboarding sessions and comprehensive user guides
• Maintain customer-focused help articles and relevant documentation
• Execute post-mortems to improve onboarding efficiency
• Collaborate with teams to align on customer workflows
• Configure user environments and oversee data imports
Requirements:
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing consulting role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Quick learner with technical configuration abilities
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
