Senior IT Compliance Analyst

Kyndryl is seeking a Senior IT Build Analyst to engage directly with over 30 patching teams. You will execute on the delivery of governance documentation, manage KPI and KRI data collection, and prepare audit evidence. Candidates should possess hands-on experience in audit processes, particularly in regulated banking contexts, as well as proficiency in tools like Confluence and JIRA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with patching teams for control document creation

• Validate and consolidate KPIs and KRIs on reporting schedules

• Ensure patch documentation accuracy before storage

• Organize patch governance artifacts in Share Point

• Prepare evidence packages for audits and regulatory exams

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in IT governance or risk management

• Hands-on audit experience in a regulated environment

• Proficient with Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA

• Strong written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
