Test Manager for Pension Systems at DXC

Key Responsibilities:

• Support overall test strategy and testing standards

• Chair UAT defect review meetings and provide reports

• Coordinate user acceptance testing with client teams

• Manage vendor testing activities and deliverables

• Understand pension calculations and service processing

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software testing experience preferred

• Proven track record in test leadership roles

• Familiarity with ALM, Jira, or similar tools

• Strong Agile and Waterfall software lifecycle knowledge

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
