This position focuses on evolving deployment and environment management within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows, overseeing release strategies across multiple environments. Collaborate closely with Salesforce teams to ensure compliance and security standards are met while documenting processes for transparency and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
• Manage multi-environment release strategies effectively
• Coordinate scheduled releases, hotfixes, and emergency deployments
• Ensure compliance with audit and security standards
• Troubleshoot deployment conflicts on various components
Requirements:
• Strong experience with Salesforce metadata deployments
• Proficient in Git-based source control
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Salesforce Dev Ops tools
