Esri Canada seeks a skilled GIS Developer with over five years of experience in GIS and IT applications. In this role, you’ll design and develop robust GIS solutions, support the entire lifecycle of solution development, and provide mentorship to fellow developers. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to best practices across various technologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex web-based GIS solutions

• Maintain scalable data and object models for performance

• Support all phases of the solution development lifecycle

• Provide mentorship through code reviews and knowledge sharing

• Implement automated testing practices for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• University degree in computer science or related field

• 5+ years of GIS development experience

• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS and SQL Server

• Experience with modern web technologies like Java Script

• Esri Technical Certification is a strong asset
