Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure services are designed for 24/7 availability and scalability
• Develop automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional troubleshooting for complex issues
• Collaborate on aligning operational goals with engineering roadmaps
• Conduct mentoring sessions with junior engineers on best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 6 years in reliability-focused engineering roles
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure-as-Code practices
• Excellent in scripting and automation technology
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
