We are seeking a senior IT leader for innovative technology and engineering solutions within a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary IT business partner for HPS stakeholders

• Define technology priorities with engineering teams and business leaders

• Analyze and translate business requirements into tech solutions

• Support governance and execution for IT initiatives

• Identify operational efficiencies and process improvements

Requirements:

• 15+ years in IT leadership roles, ideally at the Director level

• Proven experience in strategy and enterprise technology delivery

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Familiarity with managing R&D and engineering environments

• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
