Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, you will be responsible for translating business needs into JD Edwards solutions.

Your role includes offering functional support for financial modules and collaborating closely with different departments to ensure user satisfaction and data integrity. Engage in end-user training and documentation to facilitate successful adoption of the systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business requirements effectively

• Configure JD Edwards for improved financial operations

• Provide training and support for end-users

• Collaborate with development teams for seamless solutions

• Ensure timely resolution of JD Edwards issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT

• Minimum 5 years JD Edwards experience

• Strong knowledge of finance practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Knowledge of Service Now is a plus
