Shape technical learning at Lyft as a Technical Learning Manager. Curate programs for Engineering, Science, Product, and Design teams while ensuring robust integration and scalability.
Reporting to the Head of People Development, you'll strategize and implement Lyft’s technical learning initiatives.
Your role includes managing compliance training and documentation for software engineers, enhancing learning experiences, and embedding AI upskilling in every program. Engage closely with teams across Lyft’s technology organizations while ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own strategy for technical learning portfolio
• Develop engaging educational experiences for engineers
• Manage stakeholder relationships for program continuity
• Assess and evolve learning initiatives based on needs
• Integrate AI training across programs for comprehensive learning
Requirements:
• 5+ years in learning & development or technical program management
• Experience designing technical learning for engineers
• Strong program management and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and AI/ML content
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to leaders
