In this pivotal role, you will refine and implement the Vendor Governance Framework tailored for the Technology division. Collaborate with Procurement to guide technology owners through the vendor lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, renewals, and performance evaluations. Establish a robust tracking system to enhance visibility and reporting on vendor activities and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operationalize enterprise Vendor Governance Framework
• Support vendor onboarding lifecycle processes
• Create a centralized vendor tracking and performance system
• Assist in evaluating vendor SLAs and resolving issues
• Deliver governance training programs to team
Requirements:
• Degree in business, finance, or technology
• 5+ years in vendor management or a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of vendor governance practices
• Experience with vendor data repositories
Oversee and mature Ontario Teachers' vendor governance capability while driving continuous improvement in technology management.
