As part of the Business Solutions Engineering team, you will ensure Scrum practices are actively followed while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your experience will help manage complex backlogs and provide guidance to Agile teams, bolstering PMOs and product operations. This role is vital in supporting teams through data-driven decision-making, enhancing workflow efficiency, and facilitating agile transformations company-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track team performance metrics like velocity and burndown charts

• Identify and manage complex backlog structures

• Develop prioritization frameworks for business stakeholders

• Advocate agile values and practices throughout the organization

• Mentor teams and provide consultative guidance

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business

• Minimum seven years in Agile Scrum and Kanban

• Advanced Agile Certification required

• Strong analytical skills using software tools

• Experience in a scaled framework environment preferred
