Salesforce Field Services Designer Position

Become a key player as a Salesforce Field Services Designer, specializing in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions in an onsite environment. The role is integral to meeting business needs through effective design.

This onsite position emphasizes extensive Salesforce Field Services expertise, delivering technical architecture and documentation. You will actively collaborate with IT teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle while reporting on project progress and managing User Stories in Dev Ops. Strong analytical and decision-making skills will be essential to translate user stories into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce Field Services architectural solutions

• Deliver technical requirements and documentation

• Collaborate across teams during Software Development Life Cycle

• Manage and report progress of issues using Dev Ops

• Conduct fit-gap analysis to match solutions with requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Salesforce development and configuration

• Mandatory OPS experience

• Strong background in delivering Salesforce Field Services

• Salesforce certified:
Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant

• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
