Position: Canada Goose Cybersecurity Operations Leader
Join Canada Goose as the Cybersecurity Operations Leader in Toronto, where you will manage the Security Operations Center and guide the incident response strategy. Your expert leadership will ensure effective cybersecurity operations.

This hybrid position requires tactical oversight of security processes and direct involvement in threat detection and remediation. You will enhance operational performances by implementing best practices and leading a skilled team through crisis scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SOC operations for optimal alerting and triage

• Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging threats

• Communicate performance metrics via dashboards

• Lead Incident Response initiatives for containment

• Partner with teams to enforce security in development processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in cybersecurity, 3+ in leadership

• Must hold CISSP or CISM certification

• Proven experience managing incident response

• Knowledge of NISTCSF and MITREATT&CK frameworks

• Familiarity with Microsoft security solutions and KQL
