Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Developer; AMS

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Developer to provide Application Managed Services (AMS) support for a live Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. This role focuses on the technical stability, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM, including Fast Formulas, extracts, and reporting. The role is remote across Canada but the candidate must be able to support the CST time zone.

It is a 6 month contract initially with a possibility of extensions.

The successful candidate will have strong hands‑on technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and will work closely with functional SMEs to support payroll, time, absence, and reporting processes in a highly regulated environment.

• 5+ years of Oracle experience, with 2+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Hands on technical support experience for Oracle Fusion HCM production environments, including:
  • Fast Formulas (Payroll, Time & Labour, Absence, Compensation)
  • HCM Extracts
  • OTBI and BI Publisher reports
• Hands‑on experience in AMS / managed services / support‑heavy environments
• Strong experience supporting production environments, including incident resolution and minor enhancements
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion quarterly releases, including impact assessment, technical remediation, and post‑release stabilization
• Public sector experience preferred, including regulated or unionized environments
• Comfortable working in client‑facing, operational support roles
