8-10 years in finance and data analysis roles.

• Document data dictionaries, metadata, requirements, and mappings for banking domain.
• Apply data quality and data governance principles, including metadata lineage and security standards across cloud and on‑prem platforms.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for Informatica Power Center mappings, workflows, and transformations.
• Validate ETL loads, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Support development, testing, and implementation of Informatica Power Center jobs, ensuring alignment with business rules and data governance standards.
• Perform end‑to‑end data analysis, including source‑to‑target mapping, data profiling, and gap identification using Informatica and SQL.
• Understand how data is structured, connected, governed, and used across data products.
• Leverage data models, product lifecycle knowledge, and stakeholder management experience.
• Ingest and transform large datasets using Databricks (PySpark, SQL) and Informatica Power Center workflows.
• Create comprehensive Incoming Data Collections (IDCs) for cloud ingestion, outlining data sources, ingestion frequency, file formats, orchestration, and Azure target layers.

• Strong documentation skills (data dictionaries, metadata, requirements, mappings).
• Experience with data quality, data governance, lineage, and security standards.
• Proficiency in Informatica Power Center and SQL for mappings, workflows, and transformations.
• Knowledge of cloud (Azure) and on‑prem data platforms.
• Experience with Databricks (PySpark, SQL) for large data ingestion.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
