Job Description:

NTT Data Services is looking for an energetic fast learning and self‑motivated candidate that has strong technical skill and team leadership skills, able to work well with groups on a global level, and a consultative approach and problem‑solving abilities to enable our business partners to operate more effectively. These candidates will be responsible and versatile in supporting Microsoft Azure and Terraform, and familiar with Cloud Cost Management/Fin Ops.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions while providing specialized support for security, configuration management, and tooling.

• Design and deploy Azure landing zones for secure, scalable cloud environments
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure Dev Ops
• Create and deliver Fin Ops reports and dashboards to monitor cloud spend and usage
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize cloud performance and cost
• Implement tagging, budgeting, and cost allocation strategies aligned with Fin Ops principles

• Strong SME knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Terraform
• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability
• Manage CI/CD pipelines
• Manage and enhance the environment, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure components
• Work closely with IT teams to streamline deployment processes, system configurations, and compliance management
• Monitor and optimize pipeline configurations to provide real‑time visibility into network performance and health
• Stay informed about the latest developments in Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and Fin Ops best practices to enhance our IT environment
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies to enhance the organization’s capabilities
• Knowledge of cloud, server, and networking principles pertaining to an enterprise environment
• Evaluate, engineer, test, recommend, and implement secure infrastructures
• Act as a resource for system escalation issues
• Document platform standards and processes for ongoing operations
• Gather business requirements for system design and validate recommended solutions for change management
• Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance of resources in the cloud and ensure a stable, secure environment
• Perform root‑cause analysis on failed components and implement corrective measures
• Provide ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding enhancements, innovations, and solutions
• Responsible for following company‑specific systems engineering standards
• Provide executive support for technical escalations
• Conduct RCA for high‑severity issues and deploy CRQ during weekends and holidays
• Provide on‑call support: shift for all required work, including weekends
• Provide technical documentation on Dev Ops/Fin Ops processes and training to L2/L3 engineers
• Serve as an operation resource for internal and external projects

• 5+ years in Dev Ops or cloud engineering
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency in Terraform and Azure Dev Ops
• Solid understanding of Fin Ops and cloud cost management tools
• Scripting skills (Power Shell, Bash, Python)
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
