As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will work within a global onboarding team to streamline client journeys on Azure. You'll manage complex deployments and ensure system reliability in a distributed cloud environment. Leverage your Citrix expertise and mentoring skills to guide junior engineers and enhance overall team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Azure pipelines for onboarding and live clients
• Execute Agile project delivery and feature scoping
• Conduct incident RCA for platform issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Citrix Cloud services
• Mentor junior engineers to improve team skills
Requirements:
• 7+ years managing mission-critical systems
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Dev Ops
• Experience in enterprise networking and virtualization
• Expertise in Citrix technologies
• Familiarity with automation tools like Terraform
