Senior Developer for ServiceNow Transformation

Elevate your career as a Senior Service Now Developer in Toronto or Scarborough, with a hybrid work model. Engage in the full lifecycle of Service Now applications, especially focusing on Digital Product Release modules.

This contract position offers an 11-month duration with potential for extension and FTE conversion. You'll play a crucial role within the GTEP service management technology group, leading the development and implementation of Service Now solutions for enterprise-wide digital product releases. Leveraging your deep experience, you'll customize and enhance the Service Now DPR module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Service Now solutions for DPR processes

• Lead configuration and customization of the Service Now DPR module

• Manage integrations between Service Now DPR and other systems

• Develop DPR templates and workflows for efficiency

• Stay current on Service Now releases and trends

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience; 7+ in development

• 3+ years with Service Now platform and DPR modules

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

• Service Now certifications preferred
