Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Support Engineer with a strong focus on observability.

Your role will involve designing observability-as-code solutions, leveraging tools like Dynatrace and ELK for real-time insights. You'll troubleshoot complex incidents and ensure the reliability of Azure Kubernetes Service infrastructures while automating operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design observability solutions using Terraform for monitoring

• Drive improvements with Dynatrace, ELK, and Splunk tools

• Troubleshoot incidents and diagnose root causes effectively

• Ensure AKS infrastructure reliability and scalability

• Lead incident response and perform postmortems

Requirements:

• 8 years experience in observability, SRE, or Dev Ops

• Expertise in Dynatrace, ELK, Splunk, and Pager Duty

• Proficient with Azure Kubernetes Service and Terraform

• Understanding of SLISLO frameworks and best practices

• Experience in chaos engineering for resilience
