Position: Business Analyst for Capital Markets
Join a leading financial services provider as a Business Analyst focused on Quality Assurance in Toronto. Work on ICI platform upgrades and enhance operational workflows in a hybrid model.

This hybrid position requires a candidate with over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance within Capital Markets Technology. You will conduct impact assessments, document business requirements, and collaborate with Operations and Technology teams. Your expertise in Futures/Derivatives workflows will be critical for translating functional processes into structured testing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ICI platform upgrades and future release cycles

• Conduct impact analysis on workflows and operational processes

• Document lessons learned and testing methodologies

• Coordinate and manage SIT/UAT testing activities

• Collaborate with stakeholders on Clearance Pro applications

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Business Analysis or QA in Capital Markets

• Experience with Futures/Derivatives trade lifecycle

• Strong skills in functional documentation and test plans

• Familiarity with JIRA, SQL, and Excel

• Effective communication and stakeholder management
