- ** You have deep expertise in agile coaching, organizational change, and business agility, with a demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, as well as advanced facilitation, mentoring, and advisory skills. You possess proven experience with agile techniques and frameworks such as User Stories, Sprints, Continuous Integration, and Testing, as well as other agile approaches including XP, Kanban, and Design Thinking.
You are skilled at introducing these practices to the appropriate teams at the optimal time. You are experienced with agile tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence).
* ** Certified Professional**- It would be an asset if you hold certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI-ACP highlighting your expertise and commitment to agile coaching.
* ** You give meaning to data**. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. You communicate detailed information in a meaningful way.
