In this full-time position, you'll work under the IT Service Desk Manager, focusing on providing robust deskside support with a minimum of three years’ experience.
Your role encompasses various technologies including desktops, laptops, and VoIP systems while ensuring a high standard of service and excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate IT vendor relationships
• Resolve issues related to VoIP and telecommunications
• Handle staging and imaging for hardware deployment
• Document incidents using ITSM tools effectively
• Support mobile devices and contribute to special projects
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a service desk support role
• Skilled in Office 365 and its functionalities
• Proficient in Windows and Mac troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service approach
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
