  • Design and execute project-based analyses to answer strategic business and media questions
  • Evaluate data quality, relevance, and limitations to ensure insights are accurate and decision-ready
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and optimization
  • Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Continuously improve reporting, implementing updates and enhancements to dashboards based on teams’ feedback and evolving business needs
  • Partner with data engineering team to support data collection, cleaning, integration
  • Define and support measurement and tagging strategies aligned to campaign objectives
  • Contribute to the evolution of Marketing Science / Growth Analytics best practices, tools, and ways of working

You are the desired candidate if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, marketing science, media analytics, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, marketing, economics, data science, advertising, or another relevant discipline
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and campaign performance evaluation
  • Experience in the media or advertising industry platforms for reporting (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CM360 etc)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Working knowledge of analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R (direct experience with at least one)
  • Experience with dashboards and visualization tools (Datorama, Looker, Tableau, BI or similar)
  • Bonus points:

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong understanding of digital media measurement, KPIs, and their role within the consumer journey
  • Proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across disciplines and priorities
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute beyond immediate deliverables
