ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer

In this role, you will apply your 6-8 years of experience to oversee the implementation and delivery of Service Now capabilities. You’ll work on various platforms like ITSM and the Now Platform while guiding teams and coaching colleagues in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy scalable Service Now solutions
• Create and configure components like UI Policies and Notifications
• Support integrations with enterprise systems
• Guide teams in Agile delivery and testing
• Lead Service Portal implementations using AngularJS
Requirements:
• 6-8 years in Service Now development
• Minimum of 2 full ITSM implementations
• Strong knowledge of integration methods
• Proficient in REST and Agile delivery
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
