Who we need

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Product, we are hiring a Coordinator, Digital Product to support the execution and delivery of digital initiatives across our web and app experiences. As our new Coordinator, Digital Product, you will play a highly collaborative and execution‑focused role, helping coordinate releases, support QA and testing activities, maintain product documentation, and keep cross‑functional initiatives moving forward.

Working across Product, UX, Technology, Marketing, and external partners, you will contribute to the delivery of seamless, high‑quality digital experiences that drive member engagement and support the continued evolution of the Scene+ digital ecosystem.

This job posting is for a newly created vacancy that is a full‑time, hybrid role working three days per week on site in our Toronto office.

From supporting app and web enhancements to helping coordinate launches and digital campaigns, your work will directly contribute to creating seamless and engaging member experiences.
As our new Coordinator, Digital Product, you will:
  • Support the delivery of digital initiatives. You will help coordinate and support the execution of digital initiatives across web and app experiences, ensuring projects remain organized, aligned, and moving forward against timelines and priorities.
  • Coordinate product delivery activities. You will support sprint planning, backlog management, release coordination, and cross‑functional follow‑ups while helping maintain clear documentation across product initiatives.
  • Support QA and testing processes. You will contribute to QA and User Acceptance Testing activities by developing test cases, documenting issues, validating fixes, and helping ensure digital experiences meet defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Track and manage bugs and defects. You will document, prioritize, and monitor bugs and defects across digital experiences using tools such as Jira, ensuring issues are clearly communicated and resolved efficiently with Product, QA, and Technology teams.
