Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering

Elevate our reliability engineering efforts as a Senior Manager in Site Reliability Engineering. This leadership role will focus on cloud solutions, automation, and team mentoring.
We're seeking an experienced SRE/Dev Ops Manager with at least ten years in relevant fields, including a minimum of two years in management. Your primary duties will cover managing cloud infrastructures, implementing Infrastructure as Code practices, and ensuring optimal system performance across various platforms, including Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead a team of SRE and Dev Ops engineers

• Define clear performance metrics for the team

• Ensure effective incident response and root cause analysis

• Manage cloud infrastructure deployments and security practices

• Advocate for Dev Ops best practices across teams
Requirements:

• 10+ years Dev Ops or SRE experience

• 3+ years handling cloud environments such as Azure

• Proficiency in scripting languages and CI/CD tools

• Strong knowledge of containers and orchestration (Kubernetes)

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
