• Collaborate with teams to elicit and analyze requirements

• Develop and maintain functional specifications and user stories

• Facilitate Salesforce project configuration and testing

• Conduct analysis for risk and impact assessments

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support UAT
Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Proven track record in end-to-end Salesforce implementations

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Salesforce certifications preferred
