Senior Security Engineer at HOOPP

This senior-level role within the Information Security Operations team is vital in safeguarding HOOPP’s IT environment. You will design and implement security controls in both on-premises and cloud spaces, with a special emphasis on AWS and network security. Collaborating with various teams, you'll also ensure the integration of security best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as escalation point for complex security incidents

• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis

• Enhance detection and response capabilities

• Analyze logs from security tools and networks

• Provide support to SOC staff during incidents
Requirements:

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure and security

• 5+ years in Security Operations roles

• Strong experience with AWS security

• Knowledge of network security concepts

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and security controls
