Delivery Manager

The Delivery is a key member of our leadership team. In this role, you will encourage the project team to focus on what our client values/wants, and will ensure that the team is empowered and set up to deliver that value.

• The team understands how what they are working on will actually help our client
• You understand each team members skills and capabilities, and have a pulse on how they are doing
• You keep the team focused on the right things and managing dependencies to keep things running smoothly

• Have a proven ability to deliver digital products
• EQ minded - Ability to understand and respond to the needs of the client partners and internal team
• Detail-oriented - Ability to identify risks, gaps and opportunities and take the necessary steps to address them
• Can contribute to putting the right people in the right seats by understanding people's capabilities, limitations, and what opportunities would be good for them

• Experience in project management or product management
• Experience in design, development, data / analytics, or any other part of digital product delivery
