Position: Lead Scrum Master Role Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and non-technical teams in project delivery

• Develop training materials for effective project methodologies

• Customize and document agile project methods

• Integrate and communicate IT standards within teams

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a Scrum Master or related role

• Expertise in agile software development

• Experience with in the Ontario Public Sector is a plus

• Strong leadership and facilitation skills

• Adaptability to a hybrid working environment
