Position: Salesforce Administrator for AGF
Transform AGF's Salesforce platform as a hands-on Administrator and Builder in a hybrid role. Focus on configuration, Flow automation, and data modeling to enhance sales productivity.
In this critical role, you'll help continuously modernize and improve AGF’s Salesforce capabilities. Collaboration with sales, operations, and analytics teams will be key as you translate business needs into effective solutions. Engage in AI experimentation to elevate decision-making while managing access controls and optimizing user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Salesforce administration and user management

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships

• Design role-based Lightning experiences and access controls

• Prioritize and evolve Business Backlog effectively

• Implement validation rules and agile forms to enhance workflows
Requirements:

• Proven experience in Salesforce administration

• Knowledge of Flow-based automation and data modeling

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security features

• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments

• Familiarity with AI tools like Agentforce
