The IT Site Operations Manager oversees the IT infrastructure across multiple locations, including networking devices, servers, storage systems, and other hardware components. This role ensures the proper installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all infrastructure elements. Additional responsibilities include supporting technology service operations and managing escalations from the Service Desk, collaborating with third‑party vendors to deliver solutions and resolve issues, and overseeing the full lifecycle of equipment licensing to ensure compliance and continuity.

As the IT Site Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead strategic initiatives to guarantee the seamless operation, security, and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of IT architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Deliver detailed, data-driven reports on system performance, incident resolution, and key operational metrics to inform decision-making.
- Design, procure, implement, and manage site infrastructure with a focus on scalability, resilience, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee and optimize network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access point, ensuring robust security, proper configuration, and peak performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices in IT operations; proactively identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and efficiency gains.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity strategy for network, systems, and critical data.
- Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, MS Teams Phone, and other core productivity tools.
- Own escalated Service Desk requests, delivering swift problem resolution and incident management.
- Execute workstation deployments using Autopilot load sets, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Support and troubleshoot advanced boardroom conferencing solutions to enable flawless collaboration experiences.
- Demonstrate adaptability by participating in planned maintenance and responding promptly to emergency outages beyond standard business hours.
- College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Network Administration.
- Strong proficiency in network administration and management.
- In-depth, hands‑on knowledge of networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems across Cisco Meraki, Aruba, and Fortinet platforms.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement in problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills, with proven ability to plan and execute effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of customer service orientation.
- Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Physical capability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment such as computers and peripherals.
