You will have 5+ years of experience in Digital UX Research and Design, guiding projects from user consultation to the final design phase. Your responsibilities include conducting user sessions, synthesizing insights, and creating user personas and journey maps to illustrate essential user interactions. Collaborating closely with project teams, your insights will inform strategic design decisions that enhance user experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct user research across diverse methods

• Document and moderate usability discussions during research

• Synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations

• Develop personas and journey maps to visualize user needs

• Produce User Research Reports and various artifacts
Requirements:

• Over 5 years in UX Research and Design

• Proven track record in conducting user research

• Strong capability in leading interviews and workshops

• Experience with user-centered design methodologies
