We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our organic search program. This role combines strategic thinking with strong technical expertise to drive measurable growth across a complex marketplace and lead‑generation environment.

You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across a national footprint while navigating evolving search landscapes that now include AI‑powered and generative search experiences.

The ideal candidate is analytical, technically strong, and highly collaborative — someone who can identify opportunities through data, translate SEO priorities for executive stakeholders, and partner effectively with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver sustained growth.

What You’ll Do Organic Search Strategy
  • Develop and lead the overall organic search strategy to grow rankings, traffic, and conversions across marketplace, listings, and lead generation properties
  • Identify growth opportunities through competitive analysis, content gap analysis, and SERP landscape evaluation
Technical SEO
  • Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, crawl optimization, indexation management, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals
  • Implement and maintain structured data across the site, including schema for listings, products, reviews, and other rich result opportunities
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure SEO requirements are incorporated into development roadmaps and platform decisions
  • Evaluate site performance through crawling, log analysis, and technical audits to identify opportunities for improvement
Structured Data & Search Features
  • Own the strategy and implementation of structured data to improve visibility in rich results and emerging search interfaces
  • Implement and optimize schemas such as Product, Offer, Review, Organization, FAQ, and other relevant structured data types
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of product and listing data across the site to support search engines’ understanding of inventory and offerings
  • Monitor structured data performance and rich result eligibility through Google Search Console and other tools
AI & Generative Search Visibility
  • Develop and manage the organization’s strategy for visibility within generative and AI‑driven search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
  • Collaborate with content, brand, and paid media teams to strengthen the signals that influence AI visibility, including brand authority, entity relationships, structured data, and comprehensive content coverage
  • Monitor brand and product presence within AI‑generated search responses and establish measurement frameworks to track visibility and share of voice
  • Translate emerging developments in AI‑powered search into actionable strategies for the SEO team and broader marketing organization
Analytics & Performance Measurement
  • Define and manage KPIs for organic search performance, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue impact
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that communicate results clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Use platforms such as SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog to identify insights and guide optimization efforts
  • Monitor search algorithm changes and evaluate their potential impact on performance
Who You Are Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO
  • Demonstrated success driving organic traffic and performance improvements for large‑scale websites or marketplaces
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, crawling and indexing, structured data implementation, and site performance optimization
