Key Responsibilities:
• Establish firm-wide standards for digital modeling
• Align deliverables with client and practice needs
• Develop comprehensive frameworks for template adoption
• Manage relationships with software vendors
• Oversee training initiatives to improve competency
Requirements:
• 10+ years in relevant technical roles
• 5+ years of leadership in digital delivery
• Experience in multi-disciplinary consulting environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of the CADD/BIM landscape
