Seek an Expert Service Now Developer with strong Flow Designer skills to join our innovative team. Collaborate with architects and service leaders on designing and deploying advanced workflows.
This hands-on role focuses on developing large-scale production-grade workflows and integrating systems for seamless operational functionality. You will leverage your expertise in Flow Designer for large multi-stage workflows and vendor integrations while refactoring legacy automations to improve overall performance. Additionally, you will document technical processes and contribute to coding standards within the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and test complex workflows and UI policies
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise cloud systems
• Use custom scripting skills to enhance Service Now features
• Manage all aspects of platform upgrades and release cycles
• Maintain technical documentation for governance and standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience focusing on Flow Designer
• 5+ years in Service Now platform development
• Certification as a Service Now System Administrator required
• 3-5 years of experience in ITIL and IT architecture
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
